BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Tha.t Ordinance No. 1406, known as the Traffic Ordinance, be, and the
same is hereby amended as follows:
Section 1, Article XXI of Ordinance No. 1406, Section 2, "Parking
Prohibited at all times in Designated Places", by adding to the areas shown
in Section 2, Bonham Street, from 7th Street, N. W. to 9th Street, N. W., the
North Side thereof; by adding thereto, 3rd Street, N. E., from the North
Boundary Line of Provine Street, 150 feet North on the East Side of said 3rd
Strset, N. E. ; by adding theretq 3rd Street, N. E., from the North Boundary
Line of Pravine Street to the South Boundary Line of Santa Fe Street, on the
Vkst Side of said 3rd Street, N. E., and parking is hereby prohibited at all
times on each of the above areas.
Section 2. By amending Article XXI, Section 3, "Authorized Loading
Zones", by adding thereto, the first meter space provided for the first park-
ing meter stall on the West Side of 3rd Street, S. E. and immediately South
of Lamar Aaenue.
Section 3. By amending Article XXI, Section 4, "Metered Parking", Sub-
section (d), "Regulated All I?ay Parking Meters", by deleting the first meter
space South of the South Boundary Line of Lamar Avenue, on the West Side
of 3rd Street, S. E.
This ordinance shall become effective ixnmediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted this 9th day of January, A. D., 1961.
