AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1406, ARTICLE XXI,
SECTION 3. (c), (3), BY ADI?ING THE LAST TWO METERED PARKING
SPACES ON THE SOUTH SIDE AND THE EAST PORTION THEREOF OF
CLARKSVILLE STREET AND IMMEDIATELY WEST OF 2ND STREET,
S. E. OR SOUTH CHURCH STREET, AND BY DELETING THEREFROM
THE WEST ONE-FOURTH OF THE SOUTH SIDE OF CLARKSVFLLE
STREET, BETWEEN 2ND STREET, S. E. AND 1ST STREET, S. E.,
AND BY DELETING THEREFROM THE LOADING ZONE ON 2ND
STREET, S. E„ THE NORTH ONE-FOURTH ON THE WEST SIDE,
BETWEEN EAST KAUFMAN STREET AND CLARKSVILLE STREET;
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT; PROVIDING FOR A
PENALTY FOR VIOLA TTON; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFEC TIVE DA TE.
BE IT ORDAIlVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 1406, Article XXI, 5ection 3. (c), (3),
be, and the same is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the West one-
fourth of Clarksville Street, between 2nd Street, S. E. and lst Slxeet, S.E.,
and a Loading Zone is hereby created in the two metered parking spaces
immediately West of 2nd Street, S. E., and on the South Side of Clarksville
Street; that the same be further amended by deleting therefrom 2nd Street,
S. E., from East Kaufman Street to Clarksville Street, the North one-fourth
of the West Side of said street.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
Section 3. The penalty provided for parking in Loading Zones in
Ordinance No. 1406 is hereby declared and fixed as the penaliy for parking
in the Loading Zone herein created.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
passage.
