AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1406, ARTICLE XXI,
SECTION 3. (b), PROVIDING NO PARKING AT ANY TIME ON THE SOUTH
SIDE OF PINE BLUFF STREET, FROM 2ND STREET, N. E. TO 20TH
STREE T, N. E.; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLIC T; PROVID-
ING FOR A PENALTY FOR VIOLATION; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY GOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS;
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 1406, Article XXI, Section 3. (b), be,
and the same is hereby amended, and parking is hereby prohibited when
proper signs and markers are placed thereon, at any time, on the South
Side of Pine Bluff Street, from 2nd Street, N. E. to 20th Street, N. E.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
Section 3. The penalty provided for in Ordinance No. 1406 for parking
in restricted areas is hereby declared the penalty for parking in the above
areas.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
passage.
