AN ORD]NANCE APPROVIlVG A NEW RATE SCHEDULE OF
TEXAS FOWER & LIGHT COMPANY, FILED WITH THE CITY CLERK
ON THE 29TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1961.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, TEXAS:
Section 1. That rate schedule "GL" of Texas Power & Light
Company, filed with the City Clerk of the City of Paris, Texas, on the
29th day of December, 1961, be, and the same is hereby approved.
Section 2. This ordina,nce shall be in full force and effect from
and after the date of its passage.
