AN ORDINANCE AIuIENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1514, PASSED BY
THE CITY COUNCIL ON MAY 9, 1960, BY AMENDIl`TG SECTION 4; PRO-
VII?IlVG FOR THE 7RANSFER OF THE LAKE IMPROVEMENT FUND TO
THE CURRENT FUND OF THE CITY OF P.9,RIS; PROYIDING FOR ALL
REGISTRATION FEES COLLECTED HEREAFTER TO BE PLACED IN
THE CURRENT FUND AND THA T ANY EXPENDITURES NECESSARY
FOR SAID LAKES BE MADE AS DLRECTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL,
FROM THE CURRENT FUND,

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CzTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY QF
Section la That Ordinance No. 1514, Section 4 thereof, be amended
as follows:
That the fees received from such regiatration shall be placed in
the Current Fund and that improvements of t'he Lakes be made
as directed by the Council, from the Current Fund.
Section 2. That the mone y now remaining on hand in the Lake
Improvement Fund be transferred to the Current Fund of the City of Paris
and the Lake Improvement Fund Account be closed.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall ta,ke effect imxned.iately upon
passage.
