ALL TIMES IN DESIGNATED PLACES, CREATING A FIRE LANE ON 3RD
S TREE T, S. E., B E TWEEN THE NOR TH B OUNDA RY LINE OF EAS T
SHERMAN STREET AND THE SOUTH BOUNDARY LINE CF EAST AUSTIN

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 1406, Article XXI, Section 2, "Pa.rking
Prohibited at all Timea in Designated Places", be amended, by adding
thereto: 3rd Street, S. E., from the North Bounda.ry Line of East Sherman
Street to the South Boundary Line of East Auatin Street, on the East Side of
3rd Street, S. E.
Secti.on 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
passage.
