AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1215, SECTION FOUR,
SUBSEC TIONS (a) THRlOUGH (g), SAID OR.DINANCE BEING KNOWN AS THE
BUILDING CODE ORDINANCE,
WITVHOUTD OBTOAINING THE PERMIOT P E-
BEGUN UPON ANY STRUCTURE
SCRIBED IN SAID ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORI?AINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE GITY OF PARIS:
Section l. That Ordinance No. 1215, Section Four, Subsections (a)
through (g) be amended by adding Subsection (h) as follows:
(h) That the above fee shall apply to permits issued prior to
the commencement of any work on any building or structure.
That in the event work is begun on any buildng or structure
without having obtained a permit as required by said or-
dinance, there shall be an additional fee of fifty cents (50~)
per day for each day's delay in procuring said permit.
Secrion 2. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
passage and publication.
Section 3. All ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
