AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORI?INANCE NO. 1274, SECTZON 15
THEREOF, BEING AN ORDTNANCE REQUTRING ELECTRICAL PERMITS
BEFORE DOING ANY ELECTRICAL WIRING, AND FIXING ADDITIONAL
FEES TO BE CHARGED FOR WORK IF BEGUN WITHOUT HAYING SE-
CURED PERMIT REQUIREI? BY ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section 1. That Section 15, 5ubsections (a) through (h), inclusive, of
Ordinance No. 1274, be amended by adding the following item:
(i) That the above fee shall apply in the event tha.t the
applicati.on for the permit is made prior to the beginning
of any electrical work requiring a permit. That in the
event any work is commenced without having proeured a
permit as provided far in said ordinance, then the fee
shall be fifty cents (50~) per day in addition to the charges
set forth in (a) through (h) above, for each day's delay in
procuring said permit.
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
passage and publication.
Section 3. All ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
