AN OR.DZIVANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1565, AN ORDINANCE
REGULATING AND CONTROLLING THE CONSTRUCTION, REPAIRS, AL-
TER.ATIONS, AND THE REMOVAL OF CQNCRETE SIDEWALKS, CON-
CRETE CUR.BS, CONCRETE GUTTERS, CONCRETE CURB AND GUTTERS,
AND CONCRETE DRIVEWAYS, FIXING AN ADDITIONAL FEE FOR WORK
BEGUN PRIOR TO OBTAIIVING PERMIT REQUIRED BY ORDINANCE, BY
AMENDING SEC TION XVIII OF ORDINANCE NO. 1565.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Secti.on 1. That Section XVIII of Ordina,nce No. 1565 be amended to
read as follows:
A fee of $2.00 shall be charged for each permit issued in the
event that said permit is issued prior to the commencement
of work. In the event that work is begun without obta.ining such
permit, then an additional fee of fifty cents (50~) per day shall
be charged for each day's delay in obta,ining said permit.
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective immedi.ately upon
passage and publication.
Section 3. All ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
