CITY OF PARIS, TEXA5, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLI5H-
ED BY THE ZOIVING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A"G" COMMER-
CIAL DISTRICT ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF EAST KAUFMAN STREET AND
THE WEST SIDE OF 5TH STREET, S. E., ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO
MRS. NELL IyIARTIN, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMER-

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OFPARIS:
Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning
Ma,p and Ordinaaces of the City of Pa.ris, be, and the s.ame are hereby
changed, and that a"G" Commercial District, be, and the same is hereby
esta.blished on the West Side of 5th Street, S. E. and the South Side of East
Ka.ufman Street, on property belonging to Mrs. Nell Marti.n, so as to include
in such "G" Commercial Diatrict the hereinafter described property, which
was formerly and is presently designated as a Reaidential District, and that
the boundaries of said "G" Commereial District, be, and the aame are here-
by esta,blished as follows:
Situated in the County of Lamar and State of Texas, and being
a part of the Larkin Rattan Survey, and being Lots 5 and 6 and
17 feet off of the North Side of Lot No. 7, of the Finn Place
Addition to the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, as ehown
by plat of record in the Plat Records of Lamar County, in
Plat Book 1, Page 42 thereof.
Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, be, and he is
he reby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris, in accordance
with the provisions of Zoning Ordinance No. 1409, as amended, and in
accordance vvith the provisions of thia Ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and partm of ordinances in conflict hexev ith
are hereby expressly repealed.
Secti.on 4. This ordinance shall become effective immedia,tely upon
passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris, in regular
session convened, at Council Chambera, on this the 9th day of April, A. D.
1962.
