1586 ORD AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO 1122 AND CHANGING BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY ESTABLISHING COMMERCIAL DISTRICT ON SOUTH SIDE OF CLEVELAND STORDTNANCE NO. 1586 . AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1122 OF THE CITY OF PARI5, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MA1' OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A COMMERCIAL I?IS TRIC T ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF CLE VELAND S TREE T ANI? THE EAS T SIDE OF 17TH STREET, S. E., ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO WARD GOX, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN'TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATEI? AS A RESIDENTIAL DIS TRIC T; AND DESIGNA TING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT O.RDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PA RIS, TEXAS: Section 1. Tlat the boundaries heretofore establiahed by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1122 of the City of Paris, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Commercial District, be, and the same is hereby established on the South Side of Cleveland Street and the Ea,et Side of 17th Street, S. E. , on property belonging to Ward Cox, so as to include in such Commercial District the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a Residenti.a.l District, and that the boundaries of said Commercial District, be, and the same are hereby esta.blished as follow s: . Situated in the County of Lama,r and State of Texas, and being a part of the George W. Cox Survey, and being the West 65 feet of Lots 1 and 2, in Block 4 of the Anita Park Addition to the City of Paris, Texas, and being all of that property lying North of the present commercial zoning line, belonging to Ward Cox, and ex- tending to the South Boundary Line of Cleveland Street. Section 2. Tha.t the City Engineer of the Gity of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Ma.p of the City of Paris, in accordance with the provisions of Zoning Ordin ance No. 1122, and in accordance with the provisions of thia Ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of oxdinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
