AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1406, KNGWN AS
THE TRAFFIC CODE, ARTICLE XXI, SECTION 2, PARKING PRO-
HIBITED AT ALL TIMES IN DESIGNATED PLACES; CREATING A
FIRE LANE ON BONHAM 5TREET, BETWEEN THE WEST BOUNDARY
LINE OF 11TH STREET, S. W. AND THE EAST BGUNDARY LINE OF
25TH STR,EET, S. We, ON SAII? BONHAM STREET; AND PROVIDING
A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, TEXAS;
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 1406, Article XXI, Section 2,
"Parking ProhibitEd at all Times in Designated Places", be amended
by adding thereto: Bonham 5treet, from the West Boundary Line of llth
Street, S. W. to the East Boundary Line of 25th Street, S. W. y on the
South Side of said Bonham Street, and creating a Fire Lane on Bonham
Street, from the West Boundary Line of l lth Street, S. W., to the East
Boundary Line of 25th Street, S. W.
Section 2. Providing for the penalty that is provided for in parking
in Fire Lanes and in places where parking is prohibited at all ti.mes in
Ordinance No. 1406.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordina,nce shall become effective immediately upon
paseagee
