BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FARIS;
Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning
Ma,p and Ordinancea of the City of Paris, be, and the s ame are here by
c hange d, and that a'Cr" Commerc3.a1 District, be, and the sarne is hereby
established on the North Side of Bonha.m Street, bounded on the East by
25th Street, N. W. and bounded on the West by 27th Street, N. W., on pro-
perties belonging to J'ames Winn R.ice, Howard Hodges, David Hodges, Fred
Hodges and Leon Hodges, C. C. Dubbs, A. T. Tucker, Gla dys Campbell, a
widow, Mrs. P. S. James, a widow, I. J. Ingram, Lawren ce McDowe 11,
and Troy Allen, a single man, so as to include in such 'Gt' Commercial
District the herei.nafter described territory, which was formerly and is
presently designated as a Residential District, and that the boundaries of
said 'G" Commercia.l District, be, and the same are hereb y established as

or less deeded to J. A. Rice by C. N. Allen on the 4th rlay of
December, 1919, recorded in Book 130, page 176, Laznar
County Deed Records, to which deed reference is here made
for a description of said land, the part herein conveyed being
described by metes and bounds as follows:

Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Pa.ris be, and he is
hereby directed to change the Zoni.ng Map of the City of Pa.ris, in
accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1409, as amended,
and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. That all of the above described property shall be and
it is here by placed i.n the Fir st Fire Limits of the City of Pa.ris.
Section 4. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective immediate ly upon
passage.
