Section 1. TYiat tht: boundaries established by the Zoning P.iap and
Ordinances of the City of Paris be, and the same are hereby changed, and
that a"Commercial District" be, and the same is hereb, e5tablished on
the W, B. Line of 17th Street, N. and on tne S. B. Line of East
Houston Street, to include in such "Commercial Distxict" the hereinafter
described territory, which is presently designated as a"Residential
District", and that the boundaries of said "Corrunercial District" be, and
tne same are herepy established as follows:

Section 2. That tne City Lngineer of the City of Paris be, and he
is hereby directed to change the Zoning t.1ap of the City of Paris in
accordance vrith the provisions of -this orc3inance.
Section 3. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are tiereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall becomr effective immediately upon
passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris in
regular session convened at Cour,cil Chambers on tnis 13th day of May,
