(b) The right to use for the construc-tion, maintznance, and operation of buildings, tracks, and appurtenances, the whole of said Pacific; Avenue, from its intexsection with the VVest Line of Churcn Street to the u'Jest Line of a street formerly designated 65lall Street, and to cross over and upon Main Street and said tiVall Street. Section 2. Tne Ci~-y of Paris shall hav~ therigh~t and power at any time to Ulter, reform, or amend the rights, privileges, and franchise granted nerein. Sectic,ri 3.
