AN ORDINANCE AMENDING OBDINANCE N0. 1409, ZONING ORDINANCE, PA5SED BY
THE CI1Y CJDUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS~ OM THE 30TH DAY OF JULY, A. D., 1957,
CONTINUING IN FORCE ORDINANCE N0. 1122, SECTIONS 1 THROUGH 17 THEREOF, AND
OONTINUING IN FORCE THE ZONING MAP AND THE VARIOUS AMENDMEPiTS THERETO OF ALL
SECTIONS OF THE CITY 0 F PARIS WHICH WERE aJNED UNDER ORDINANCE N0. 1122, AND
DECLARING AN fiMERGENCY.
BE TT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0 F PAAIS:
That the first paragraph of Zoning Ordinance No. 1409 be amended,
and there is hereby stricken from such paragraph the words "by deleting same
and substituting thereto Section I through Section XXV", by adding thereto
the following:
By continuing in full force and effect the Zoning Map, and all
amendments thereto of the City of Paris, which were in force
and effect on July 30, A. D., 1957, at the time of the passage
of Ordinance No. 1409, and that all classifications of property
within the City of Paris which had been theretofore zoned as
Residential, Community Store, Commercial, and Unrestricted
Districts, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 1122 be con-
tinued, and that the regulations gaverning the aforesaid
classifications be and shall apply to all of said respective
zoned areas, and as to all future amendments of Zonisg Ordinance
No. 1122 shall be made and effected under the provisions of
Ordinance No. 1409, Sections I to XXV, inclusive, which sections
are fully described in Ordinance Na. 1409.
Passed and adopted this, the 9th day of September, A. D., 1957.
