AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2t3NIAiG ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PAFtIS,
TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUAIDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE DONING MAP OF SAID
CITY; ESTABLISHIAIG AN "E" CONYVNNITY S'IURE DISTRICT ON THE BACK 75 FEET
OF A LOT BELONGING TO DON R. STONE, LOCATED AT THE SOUTH EAST INTERSECTION
OF 30TH ST., S. W. AND BONHAM STREET, SO AS TO INCLWE THEREIN TERRITORY
FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT; AND DESIGNATING THE BOtJNDA-
RTES OF THE "E" CONBMtJNITY STORE DISTRICT SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY Q7UNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARISz
Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the
Zoning Map and ordinances of the City of Paris, be, and the sarne are
hereby changed, and that an "E" Community Store District be, and the same
is hereby established on portions of a lot belonging to Don R. Stone,
which lot is described as follows:
Beginnirag at the South West corner of a lot located
at the intersection of the E. B. Line of 30th St., S.W.
and the S. B. Line of Bonham Street;
Thence East 66.67 feet to a stake;
Thence Aiorth 75 feet ta a stake;
Thence West 66.67 feet to a stake ir► the E. B. Line
of 30th St„ S. W.;
Thence SoUth with the E. B. Line of 30th St., S. W.
75 feet to the place of beginning.
Section 2. That the Actipg City Engineer of the City of Paris be,
and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in
accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1409, as amended, atad in
accordance var3.th the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All c>rdinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordiqance shall become effective imrnediately upon
passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris, in
regular session convened, at Council Chambers, on this, the llth day of
November, A. D., 1957.
