AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS,
AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY;
ESTABLISHING A"G" COARMERCIAL DISTRICT ON THE NJRTH SIDE OF LAMAR AVENUE WHERE
27TH STREET, N. E. INTERSECTS THE NJRTH HJUNDARY LINE bF LAMAR AVENUE ON LOTS

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CJOUNCIL OF THE GITY 0 F PARIS:
Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning
Map and ordinances of the City of Paris, be, and the same are hereby changed,
and that a"G" Commercial District be, and the same is hereby established on
lots belonging to Lamar Oil Company and Tommie Mitchell, which lots are de-
scribed as follows:
Being composed of two tracts fronting on the North Side of
Lamar Avenue, 195 feet by 100 feet in depth, and beginning 120
feet East of the intersection of 27th Street, N. E. and the
North Boundary Line of Lamar Avenue, belonging to the Lamar
Oil Company;
Qne tract belonging to Tommie Mitchell iocated at the
North West intersectinn of 27th Street, N. E. and Lamar Avenue,
fronting 158 fedt on Lamar Nvenue and 120 feet on 27th Street,
N. E.
Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris be, and he is
hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance
with the provisions of Grdinance No. 1409, as amended, and in accordance with
the provisions of this ordinance.
5ection 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris, in regular
session convened, at Council Chambers, on this, the lOth day of March, A. D.,
1958.
