ORDINANCE N0. 1457 . <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZOIdING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID <br />CITY; ESTABLISHING A"G" COMtAERCIAI. DISTRICT ON LAMAR AVENUE AT THE IN- <br />TEI3SECTION OF 19TH STREET, N. E., UN PROPERTY BELONGING TO W. B. N(ARSHALL <br />AND WIFE, SUE MaASHALL, SO AS TO INCLtJDE THEREIN TRRITORY FORAERLY DESIG- <br />NATED AS A RESIDENTTAL DISTRICT; AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE "G" <br />CqMNIERCIAL DISTRICT SO ESTABLISHED. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CAUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning <br />Map and ordinances of the City of Paris be, and the same are hereby changed, <br />and that a"G" Gommercial District be, and the same is hereby established on <br />a lot belonging to W. B. Marshall and wife, Sue Marshall, which lot is de- <br />scribed as follows: <br />Situated in the County of Lamar and City of Paris, and <br />beginning at a point 184 feet East of the intersection of <br />t1eNorth Boundary Line of Lamar Avenue and the East <br />Boundary Line of 19th St., N. E., at a point on the North <br />Boundary Line of Lamar Avenue; <br />Thence West with the North Boundary Line of Lamar <br />Avenue, 184 feet to the intersection of said N. B. Line <br />of Lamar Avenue with the E. B. Line of 19th St., N. E.; <br />Thence North with the E. B. Line of 19th St., N. E., <br />464 feet to the 5outh Boundary Line of East Price Street; <br />Thence East with the South Boundary Line of East Price <br />Street, 184 feet to the North East Corner of the Marshall <br />property; <br />Thence South with the E. B. Line of the Adarshall property, <br />464 feet to the place of beginning. <br />Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris be, and he is <br />hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance <br />with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1409, as amended, and in accordance with <br />the provisions of this ordinance. <br />Section 3. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict here- <br />with are hereby expressly repealed. <br />passage. <br />Section 4. This ordinance shall become effectivc immediately upon <br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris, in <br />regular session convened, at Council Chambers, on this the 8th day of <br />September, A.
