BE IT ORDAINED BY Tf-IE CITY CUUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section 1. That Article XXIs Section 2. be amended by adding
the South 5ide of Clarksville Streeto beginnina at a point 50 feet West cf
the 1Nest Property Line of the Brcokshire Shopping Centers and continuing to
the West Boundary Line of 12th Streetv S. E., on which area parking is hereby
grohibited at all hours, and by adaing thereto, a permanent Fire Lanev which
is hereby established on the East Sice of 17th Street, N. E.' from Lamar
avenue to Pine Bluff Street, an which parking is prohibited at all times.
Section 2. The penaltiFS provided for in Ordinance No. 1406 shall
apply tc any violations of the abotre prohibited parking areas.
Section 3. This ordinance shall beccrne effective on the 24th day of
Novembero A. D.p 1958.
