BE IT GRDAINED BY THE CTTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Ivlap and Grdinances of the City of Parist be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a"G" Commercial District be, and the same is hereby established on a lot belonging to William E. Thomas and wife, Goldie Thomas, which lot is de- scribed as follcvrs: Situated in the County of Lamar and State of Texasi and wittiin the City i.imits of the City of Paris, and described by metes and bounds as follows: Beginning at a stake on the South Side of Bonham Street at the intersection of the South BounGary Line cf Bonham Street with the East Boundary Line cf 7th Street, S. W.; Thence Soutri with the E. B. I.ine of 7th Street, S. W.i 124 feet tc the South West Coxr;er of the William E. Thomas Lot; Thence East 70 feet tc the W. B. Line of a lot owned by Thomas G. Julian; Thence North 124 feet to t he S. B. Line of Bonham Street; Thence West with the S. B. Line of BonhGm Street 70 feet to the place of beginning. Secticn 2. That the City Enyineer of the City of Paris be, and he is hereby directed ta change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance Nc. 1409, as amended, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Sectian 3. All ordinances anc parts of ordinances in conflict here- with are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This orc3inance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
