B£ IT CRDAINED BY THE CITY C7GUNCIL GF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section 1. That Section VIg Subdivision Av Item (5) of Zoning
Ordinance No. 1449, and its amendments$ beg and the same is hereby amended
by adding there#op that all hotels and motels constructed under "D" Apartment
Districts of the Zoning Ordinance, or any other Section of said Zoning
Ordinancep must be of ordinary constrvction and/or heavy titnber construction
or better.
Section 2. This amendment shall become effective imrnediately upon
its passage.
