BE IT CRDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARI5, TEXA5:
Secta.on 1. That the City Council of the City of Paris has heretofore
passed (:rdinance No. 1440., fixiny certain paviny assessments on the front foot
basis of the adjoining property owners, and whereas, East Tudor Street is an
arterial street from 20th Street, N. E. to 3rd Street, N. E., and whereas, the
City Cour.cil of the City of Paris is of the opinion that the abutting property
owners on each side of said street are entitled to an adjustment of twenty-five
(25~) cents per linear foot on the paviny assessment only, and that the matter
has been pending before the City Ccuncil for some time, and the City Council is
of the opinion that interest should be waived on the paving assessments to the
date of this ordinance. urdinance Ido. 1440 is hereby amended and the abutting
property owners on each side of East Tudor Street from 17th Street, N. E. to
20th Streets N. E. are hereby given Gn acijustment of twenty-five (24 ) cents
per linear foot on the paving assessment, and the City Clerk is hereby au-
thorized and directed to reduce said paving assessments for the abutting pro-
perty owners on each side of saicl street, in the amount of twenty-five cents
(25~) cents per linear front foct.
