BE IT ORDAINEI? BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section 1. Tha.t Ordi.nance No. 1406, which is known as the Traffic
Code of the City of Paris, Texa.s, be, and the same is hereby amended in
the following particula.rs:
Article XXI, "Restrictions of Use of Designated Streets, " Section 2
thereof, "Parking Prohibited at All Times in Designa.ted Places, " is amended
to add thereto that a Fire Lane is hereby created and established on the
East Side of 7th Street, S. W„ from Bonha.m Street to West Washington
Street; and by adding thereto the South Side of East Austin Street, from 3rd
5treet, S. E. to 8th Street; S. E., wherein parking is prohibited at all times
in the above and foregoing designated portions of the foregoing designated
streets; also amending Article XXI, Section 4, "Metered Parkingy " Subdivision
c, "60 Minute Metered Parking, " by deleting from said Section one of the
five metered spaces on the South Side of Grand Avenue, between lst Street,
S. W. and 2nd Street, S. W., which meter is located at the street address
of 123 Grand Avenue.
