CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES
ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING
A"G" COMMERCIAL DIS TRIC T ON A LO T 174 FEE T NOR TH AND
SOUTH, ANI? 374 FEET ON THE NORTH SIDE OF BONHAM STREET,
BETWEEN THE E. B. LINE OF 29TH STREET, N. W. AND THE W. B.
LINE OF 28TH 5TREET, N. W„ ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO JAMES
S. GRIFFIN, JR., SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY
I?ESIGNATED AS A RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT; AND DESIGNATING THE
BOUNDARIES OF THE "G" COMMERCIAL DISTRICT SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINEI? BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning
Ma.p and ordina,nces of the City of Paris be, and the same are hereby
changed, and tha,t a"G" Commercial Distribe be, and the same is hereby
established on a lot belonging to James S. Griffin, Jra , wlri.ch lot is de-
scribed as follows:
A part of the Asa Jarma.n 5urvey, within the corporate limits
of the City of Paris, Texas, and being Lots 14 an.d 15 in
Block ? of Sperry's First Addition to the City of Paris, and
being a lot 174 feet North and South, and 374 feet on the
North 5ide of Bonham Streeta between the E. B. Line of 29th
Street, N. W. and the W. B. Line of 28th Street, N. W.
Section 2, That the City Engineer of the City of Paris be, and he is
hereby directed to cha.nge the Zoning Ma,p of the City of Paris in accordance
with the provisions of Ordinance Noo 1409, as amended, and in accordance
with the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordina.nces and parts of ordinances in conflict here..
with are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4, This ordinance shall become effective immedia.tely upon
passage.
Passed and adopted by the Gity Council of the City of Paris, in
regular session convened, at Council Cha.mbers, on this the 14th day of
September, A. D., 19590
