AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1406„ KNOWN AS THE
TR.AFFIG CODE OF THE GiTY OF PARIS, FIXING A LOADING ZONE IN
THE 300 BLOGK OF BONHAM STREET; DISCONTINUING THE LOADING
ZONE AT 1ST STREET, N. E. AND EAST PRICE STREET, ESTABLISHING
TWO » ONE HOUR PARKING METERS IN THE ABOVE SPACZj AND FIXING
A FIRE LANE ON THE WEST SIDE OF 6TH STREET, N. E.: FROM EAST
HOUSTON STREET TO PINE BLUFF STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section 1. That Article XXI, Section 2, be amended by adding
thereto: lst Street, N. E., the West Side thereof, from East Houston Street
to Pine Bluff Street, and esta.blishing a Fire Lane on the West Side of lat
Street, N. E, , from the N. B. Line of East Houston Street to the S. B. Line
of Pine Bluff Street,
Section 2. That Article XXI, Section 3, Subdivision (c), Division (3)
thereof, be amended by adding thereto a Loading Zone 22 feet in length, on
the North Side of Bonha.m Street, in the 300 Block, on the West part of said
Block.
(a) That two 0 60 minute parking meters heretofore esta,blished in
said area by Ordina.nce No. 1406 be deleted from said ordina.nce.
Section 3. Tha.t Ordnance No, 1406, Article XXI= Section 4 of Sub.
section (c), providing for 60 minute metered parking, be amended by adding
thereto two (2) meters located in the first two metered spaces on the West
Side of lst Street, N. E. and South of East Price Street.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately.
