BE IT ORDAIIWED BY TFiE CITY CGU'NCIL OF TIE CITY OF PARIS:
Section l. That the boundaries established by the
Zoning TV~ap and Ordinances of the City of Paris, be, and the
same are hereby, changed, and that a"Commercial District" be,
and the same is hereby, established at the Pdorth East corner
of the intersection of 20th N. Z. Street and Lamar Avenue to
include in such "tCommercial District" the hereinafter described
territory, presently designated as a"Residential District'f
and that the boundaries of said "Com.mercial Districttt be, and
the same are hereby, established as follows:
Situated on the North side of Lamar Avenue,
beginning at the intersection of the North Boundary
Line of Lamar Avenue with the East Boundary Line of
20th N. E. Street; Thence East with the NB line of
Said Lamar Avenue 147 feet; Thence North 252 feet;
~hence West 147 feet, the uB line of 20th N. E.
Street; Thence South with the EB line of said 20th
N. E. Street to the place of beginning.
Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of
Paris, be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to change
the Zoning Niap of the City of Paris in accordance with the
provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordin,ance shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Paris in
regular meeting at Council Chambers in the City Hall this 13th
day of September, 1954•
