Sectior. 1. That the fuel clause in the rate schedules of
Texas Power & Light Company cantained in said Companyts Rate Booic
ivo. C-5I-86, filed with the City Clerk of the City of Paris, Texas,
on the lst day o: April, 1951, ae amended by deleting the sarne anci
substituting thereror the followinG fuel clause:
"Iu;inus or plus 0.04 ,aill per ]cl,)h o: energy ta.cen
for each fuli one-Fouxtl; cent by which the averaae
cosi per :nillion .3ritish thermal units of all fuel
delivered at the points cf firing at Company's

and that as so amended, said rate schedules be, and the same are

Section 2. This ordinance shall ve in full force and effect
