<br />and dESignated as tile Legion kirport properties; and,
<br />l'JHERE.a5, by resolution a(iopted by the City Council on the 23rd
<br />day of July, 19~)_), the Ciiy Manager of the City of Paris was aui:norized
<br />and directed te advertise for anu receive sealed bids for the lease of
<br />the hereinafter described part, parcel and portion of such Legion Air-
<br />port properties for a term of twenty-five (2'.~) years; and,
<br />VdHEREAS, i tappears that natice of sucii proposed lease and
<br />opportunizy for receiving bicJs therefor was duly published in the Paris
<br />ivews; and,
<br />,;JHEREA5, it appears that tne bid of MidwesT Videc Corporation
<br />for the leasing ei such nereinafter described part and parcel of such
<br />Legion Airport prcperties appears to be the hichest and best bid there-
<br />for, and is a fair and reasonaLle price therefor, anci the leasing of
<br />sucn nroperty and premises to saici tviidwest Video Corporation by the
<br />City of Paris tor such period of t4venty-five (25) years for the sum of
<br />Seven Thousand rive Hun:,~.red Dcllars ($7,500.00), payable in annual in-
<br />stallments of Tnree "lundred Dollars ($300.00) eacn is to the best in-

<br />Video Corporation for the bid and stipulated price of Seven Thousand

<br />installinent being due and payable ccncurrent with the execution anv
