and directed te advertise for anu receive sealed bids for the lease of
the hereinafter described part, parcel and portion of such Legion Air-
port properties for a term of twenty-five (2'.~) years; and,

opportunizy for receiving bicJs therefor was duly published in the Paris
ivews; and,

for the leasing ei such nereinafter described part and parcel of such
Legion Airport prcperties appears to be the hichest and best bid there-
for, and is a fair and reasonaLle price therefor, anci the leasing of
sucn nroperty and premises to saici tviidwest Video Corporation by the
City of Paris tor such period of t4venty-five (25) years for the sum of
Seven Thousand rive Hun:,~.red Dcllars ($7,500.00), payable in annual in-
