BE ZT ORDAINED BY TIIE CITY a)UNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries established py the Zoning Nap and Ordinances of the City of Paris be, anci the same are hereby changed, and that a Commercial District be, and the same is hereby, established on the North side ef Lamar Avenue in the 2800 Block thereof to include in such "Commercial District" the hereinafter described territory whicn is presently designated as a"'rtesidential District", and that tne boundaries cf said "Commercial District" be, and the same are nereby, established as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the E. P. Line of 28th N. E. Street with the North Boundary Line of Lamar Avenue a point in a branch; Thence North Easterly with said branch 199 feet; Thence East 179.6 feet; Thence South 195 ieet, the N. B. Line of Lamar Avenue; Thence bUesi 222.7 feet to the place of beginning. Section 2. That tne City Engineer ot the City of Paris be, and he is hereby, directed to chanae the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the previsions of this Ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This Grdinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
