BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARISs
Section l. That the boundaries established by the Zoning 14ap and
Ordinances cf the City of Paris be, and the same are hereby cnanged, and
that a Commercial District be, and the same is hereby, established on
the South side of Hickory Street in the vicinity of 3rd N. E. and 4th
N. E. Streets to include in such "Commercial District" tne hereinafter
described territory which is presently designated as a"Residential
District", and that the boundaries of said "Com,-nercial District" be, and
the same are hereby, established as follows: Being all of Lots 7 through
lU and Lots 12 through 15 of the Gwladys Booth Subdivision, according to
the map and plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 121, and all cf
Lots 7 and 8, Block 11, Clements Fairview Addition to the City of Faris.
Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris be, and
he is hereby, directed to change the Zoning Map ef the City of Paris in
accardance with the provisions of this Ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of tne City of Paris in
regular session convened at Council Champers on this 12th day of
December, 1955.
