That the boundaries establishrd bv the Zoning Map and Ordinances of the City of Paris be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a"Communi-ty Store District" be, and the sa.me is hereby established on the -1-'. B. Line of 29th Street, S. W., between Bonharn Stre~2t arld West Y.aufriar. Street, to include in such "Corrunur,ity Store District" the hercin- after described territory, which is presently designated as a"Residential llistrict", and tha± the boundaries of said "Cor,zmunity Store District" be, and i.he saine are hereby established as follows: Being the most Southerly 75 feet of I.ot 3, Biock 9, Sperryts Addition No. 1 to the City of Paris, and being more par- ticularly descriaed as foll.ows: 3eginning at a poin t in the East Right of Way Line of 29th S. yV. Street, said point Deing located 245 feet Sauth of the South b'Jcst Corner of sa..id 29th S. W. Street und Bonham Street; Thence continuing in a Southerly direction along the Last Right of .Vay Line of 29th S. W.
