at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, July 27, 2012. The meeting will be held at the City Council
Chamber, 107 E. Kaufman Street, in Paris, Texas and depart shortly thereafter for a City
Council Tour of the City Facilities. Tour and discussion include the following:
