RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE PLANNING AND
ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PARIS, MAKING OTHER
FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the terms of office of Louis Yates, Jr. and Marshall Kent, Jr., as members of
the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris, will expire on June 30, 2001; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris does hereby recommend the (r~)appointment of
~AME(S)] [a~th~ nto~ ~S)~]] for terms of three (3) years, beginning July 1,
2001, and ending June 30, 2004; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IS RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS,
TEXAS.
Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all things
approved.

Section 3. That this resolution shall be effective from and after its date of passage.
