RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the Preliminary Plat and Final Plat of Oak Creek Phase V, Block L, Lot 38 expansion.
POLICY ISSUE(S):
Plat Approval
BACKGROUND:
This is the preliminary plat and final plat for Oak Creek V Addition, Block L, Lot 38 expansion, being
located at 3045 Aspen Drive. Wesley Tidwell and Amanda Perry are proposing to expand the existing
platted lot in order to construct a swimming pool on an unplatted lot behind their current house (see
attached aerial photo).
In order to issue a building permit for the pool, the unplatted lot must be platted. The platting process
will create a lot that complies with the zoning ordinances and assures the property has access to a street
and utilities.
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
The Commission recommended approval of the preliminary plat, and final plat, subject to City
Engineer's recommendations by a vote of 5-0 on each plat.

preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following
exception.
1. Label the existing Right-of-Way width for Aspen Drive.
I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above item.
