<br />containinf; a set of electric Rate Schedu.les and the Service
<br />Regulations referred to therein, ,;it:~ the Cit Clerk, the sarr~e

<br />Company is authorized to collect char~res i roi,i its cu,3tomers z'or
<br />the sale of electric nower and ener,r~y vaithin ti:.c; corporate
