QF PARIS:
S:ECTION l. That the Zoning Ordinance and Zoning
Map of the City of Paris be argl the same are hereby amended
and changed, and that a commereial district be and the same
is hereby established on Third Street N.W. in the City of
Paris, to include iA the commercial district the hereinafter
described territorq presently designated as a residential
district, and that the boundaries of said commercial district
so designated be and the same are hereby established as
Pollows;
A part of City Bloek 43 in Paris, Lamar
County, Texas, BEGIh'NING at t he intersection oP
the WB line of 3rd Street NW wi th the SB line of
Graham Street; TFiEl1CE south vaith the 11B line oP
3rd Street NW 65 feet, a stake; THrNCE west 176
feet, a stake; THENCE north 65 feet, a stake in
the SB line of rraham Street; 'IHENCE east 176
fest to the place of beginning.
SECTION 2. That tYie City Engineer of th e City oY
Paris be and he is hereby authorized and directed to change
the Zoning Map of the City oY Paris in aecordan,ce with the
provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinanees and parts of ordinances
in conf'lict vaith this ordinanee are herebq expressly repealed.
