BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMiCIL OF THE CITY OF PAR.ISs
Section One of
lo That/Ordiriance Number 630 heretofore passed by the City Cou6cil
of the City of Paris on September 151 1919, entitled I'An Ordinance Amend-
ing Section 90 of the Buildi.ng Code of the City of Paris, and Repealing
all amendments heretofore passed~and Declaring an Emergency►t be and the
same is hereby amended so that hereafter the "Fire Limits" of the City
of Paris shall include, and same shall be incladed in said "Fire Limits"..
the f ollowing described territoryj to-wit:
A part of City Block l+3 in Parisp Lamar County, Texas,
Beginning at the intersection of the WB lime of 3rd Street
NW with the SB line of Grahar,i Streel; Thence South with
the W. B. line of 3rd Street N. W. 65 feet, a stake; Thence rr'est
176 feet, a stake; Thence North 65 feet, a stake in the
S. B. line of Graham Street; Thence East 176 feet to the
place of beginning.
2. That the territory hereinabove described be and the same is
included in the Fire Limi.ts of the City of Paris i.n addition to the
territory heretofore within such Fire Limits and that the City r.~gineer
be and he is hereby authorized and directed to change the present map
of the Fire limits of the City of Paris in accordance with the pro-
visions of this Ordinance.
3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in c(;nflict herewith
are expressly repealed.
