SECTION 1. That the Zoning Ordinance and Zoning
Ix1ap of the City of Par is be and the sa.me are her•eby amended
and cranged, arld that an unrestricted district be and the
same is hereby establishEd on West Sherman Street, 12th
Street S17 and 13th Street StT in the City of Paris, to in-
clude in the unrestricted district the hereinafter de-
scribed territory vresently designated as a residential
district, and that the boundaries of said unrestricted
district so designated be and the same are herebST established
as follows:
A part of the nsa Sarman Survey in
Ci-ty Block 130, Paris, Larlar County,Texas;

in confliet wi`.h this ordinance are hereby expressly repealed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and at'ter the date of its passage, and it
is so enacted.
