The City Council of the City of Paris hereby gives notice to the
citizens of Paris of the proposed change by ordinance of the property
situated in Lamar County, Texas, within the corporate limits of the City
of Paris2 Texas:
Being a part of the Goo. ~i. Cox S.irvey and a part of City Block No. 222.
Beginning at the intersecti.on of the S.B. line of Price Street with the
E.B. line of F. M. road as staked by the State Hi=vVay Dept., this corner
being ten feet East of Clarence Secrest' g original N. 'r',t. corner.
Thence East with the S.B. line of Price Street seventy feet to a stake;
Thence South one hundred and forty feet, to a stake;
