Lamar and State of Texas and described as fDllows:
Being a part of the Geo. W. Cox Survey and a part of City Block No, 222*
Beginning at tjie intersectioa of the S. B. line of Price Street with the
E. B. line of F. R~f. road as staked by the State Hi-Way Dept., this cornsr
being ten feet East of Clarence Secrestb original N. W. corner.
Thence East with the S. B. line of Price atreet seventy feet to a stake;
Thence South one hundred and forty feet, to a stake;
Thence West 69.25 feet a stake in thp E. B. line af F. 11. right--of--way;
Thence North with said E.B. line af said right-of-way, 1Lr40 feet to the place
of beginning.,
hereby request the City Council of the City of Paris, Texas by amendment of
the present Soning Orclinance to change the boundaries of such Districts in
which my lot is situated so that the above described property will be em-
braced in the Community Store District as designated in said Soning Ordi-
nance and that due and lawful notice be given and that a public hearing be
held in accordance with said Zoni.ng Ordinance.
