<br />be construed to, in azV manner, limit the powez° oi the CitS Council to
<br />fix Gnd re;?ulatc the ~D-rice of electric light, electric pobver or electric

<br />assigns, desire to put in ef'fect rrit'riin the City a new Rate Schedule or
<br />netiv Service Re,,ulations, or to change an;r existing ilate Schedule; or Ser-
<br />vice Re^ulation, or to withdraw any Rate Schedule, it shall file v,rith the
<br />City C~ rk such nz:Vd or changed Ra-te Scl-iedules or RegulatioBS or notice of
<br />withdrativai of &-Kr v:istin;; R'ate Scliedule or• Service Regulation, not less
<br />than tnirty (30) days prior to the tzme it desires to make the same effec-
