IN CONFLICT HER.EWITH.
WHEREAS, the City ralanager of the City of Paris has submitted to the
City Council a proposed budget of the revenues of said City and the expenses
of conducting the affairs thereof and providing a complete financial plan for
the ensuing fiscal year, beginning Ju1y 1, 1951,, and ending June 30, 1952, and
which said proposed budget has been compiled from detailed information ob-
tained from the several departments, divisions and offices of the City; and
y1(HgREAS, the City Council has received said City ldanager t s proposed
budget, a copy of which proposed budget and all supporting schedules have
been filed with the City Clerk of the City of Paris, as set out in the
Charter of the City of Paxis, and is of the opinion that the same should
be approved and adopted, as amended after public hearing, and that public
hearings before the City Council have been provided for and held as required
by and in accordance with the provisions of the Charter of the City of Paris;

approved as the budget of all of the cvrxent expenditzares as well as the
fixed charges against said City for the fiscal year beginning Ju],y l, 1951,
and ending June 30, 1952.
Section 2. That the sum of $523,773.40 is hereby appropriated out of
the general fund for the payment of operating expenses and capital outlay
of the City government as hereinafter itemized:
