SECTIUPd 1. That the boundaries established by the zoning map
and ordina.nces of the City of Paris be, and the same are hereby, changed
and that a Community Store District be, and the same is hereby., established
at the northeast corner of the intersection of Clarksville ana 8tr S.E.
Streets, to include in the Community Store District the hereinafter de-
scribed territory presently designated as a N.esidential District, and that
the boundaries of said Comnunity Store District be and the same are hereb3T
established as follows:
A part of the Larkin Rattan Survey, being a part of Lots Nos.
1 and 2 in Block No. 1 of the Randall Addition to the City of Paris.
Beginning at the Swo corner of Lot 1 in Block No. 1 of said
Randall Addition, same being the intersection of the NB line of Clarksville
Street with the EB line of 8th Street SE, formerly High or 26th Streets.
Thence North with 8th Street Sr;, llg feet to the SW corner of a
lot formerly owned by J. H. Gooch.
Thence East with the SB line of sarrie, 75 feet, a stake, the SE
corner of same.
Thence South 118 feet more or less to the NB line of Clarksville
Street.
Thence West with the NB line of Clarksville 5treet, 75 feet to
the p1a ce of beginning.
Being the same property described in deed from Margie Lane Koch
to Vera Virginia Stathos, of record in Book 334, page 114, Lamar County Deed
Records.
SEC'TION 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris be and he is
hereby autharized arul directed to ahange the Zoning N1ap of the City of Paris
in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
SEGTION, 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with
this ordinance are hereby expressly repealed.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Paris in regular meetirag
at the Council Chamberg in the City Hall this ~ day of Feb. , 1953,
effective upon passage.
