BE IT ORDAINED BY TI3t- CITY COV'NCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the boundaries established by the zoni.ng map and
ordinances of the City of Paris, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and
that a Community Store District be, and the same is hereby, established at
the R?ortheast corner of the intersection of Clarksville and 24th Southeast
Streets, to include in the Community Store District the hereinaf'ter described
territory presently designated as a Residential District, and that the bound-
aries of said Com*nunity Store District be, and the same are hereby established
as follows:
BEGINNIN G at the intersection of the North Boundary line
of Clarksville Street with the East Boundary line of 24th
Street Southeast; THENCE in a Southea: terly direction with
the North Bonndary line of Clarksville Strset, 440 feet; a
point due South of the West Boundary line of 25th Street
Southeast; THENCE Narth with the West boundary lina of
said 25th Southeast Streat, extsnded, 490 feet; THENCE `Nest
410 feet, the NorthvPest aorner of the Nowlin property, now
awned by Clyde Parham, in the East boundary line of 24th
Southesst Street; THEPdCE South with the East boundary line
of said 24th Southeast Straet to the plaoe of beginning.
Section 2. The City Enginesr of the City of Paris be, and he is
hereby authorized and directed to change the Zoni.ng Map of the Cit,y flf
Paris in aocordance with the provisions of this ordi.nance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinanaes in conflict with
this ordinanoe are hereby expressly repealed.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Paris in regular meeting
at the Council Chambera in the City Hall this 9th day of March, 1953,
ePfective upon passage.
