and tha.t a Corrununity Store District be, and the same is hereb,y established on
the Ylest boundar,y line of 4th N,4`i`. Streot, to include the property and premises
knawn as designated as No. 779 4th Y.u:. Street, being a part of the Iarkir..
Rattan Survey, and a part of City Block 89, bounded as follows:
BEGINiJIN, at a stake in the 'r;.8. line of' said 4th N.1,7. Street,
at a point 50 feet South of the S.?. line of Provi.ne Street,
same being a corner of a lot conveyed by L. H. Henegan to B. T.
Franklin; THEAaCE allest 120 feet, a stake, the S.X. corner of
said Franklin lot; TIiENCE South 40 feet; TF-EPTCE East 120 feet

in accordance with the provisions of this ordinanoe.
Section 8. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in copflict with
this ordinance are-hereby expressly repealed.
This ordinance shall taka eff'ect immediatelv upon Nassa;.e.
