AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 671, ADDING THERETO ARTICLE 14a, ESTABLISH-
ING FIRE LANES AND PROHIBITING THE RANKING OR PARKING OFAUTOMOBILES OR OTHER
MOTOR VEHICLES ON THE NORTH SIDE OF WEST WASHINGTbN STREET BENVEEN 6TH S.W. AND
7TH S.W. STREETS, ON THE EAST SIDE OF 3RD N.E. STREET BETWEEN HICKORY AVENUE
AND CENTER AVENUE, ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF CENTER AVENUE FROM NORTH MAIN STREET TO
3RD N.E. STREET, AND ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF HICKORY AVENUE FROht 6TH N.E. STREET
TO NORTH MAIN STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY INE CIIY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 671 be, and the same is hereby
amended by adding to the same the following Article, to-wit:
Article 14a. Fire lanes are hereby established at and the ranking
and parking of automobiles and all other motor vehicles is hereby prohibited on
the following streets in the City of Paris, to-wit:
On the North side of"West 6'Vashington Street between 6th S.W. and
7th S.W. Streets, on the East side of 3rd N.E. Street between
Hickory Avenue and Center Avenue, on the South side of Center
Avenue from North hlain Street to 3rd N.E. Street, and Qn the
South side of Hickory Avenue from 6th N.E. Street to North hlain
Street.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall become effective on the 15th day
of Junet 1953.
PASSED and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris on the
25th day of May, 1953.
