02-A-(3) Oak Creek PlatMEMORANDUM TO: Mayor and City Council Planning and Zoning Commission FROM: Steve Methven, Building Official DATE: August 6, 2001 SUBJECT: Preliminary Plat - Oak Creek, Phase 10 I have reviewed the preliminary'plat of the above referenced property. It appears that the plat complies with the City of Paris regulations with the following exceptions and/or additions: 1. Owners must sign preliminary plat The developer should examine and incorporate methods to control point discharge of stormwater onto adjacent property which does not exceed predevelopment rtmoff quantities and rates. If stormwater is discharged onto adjacent properties, it must be done in such a way as not to cause erosion or other detrimental effects.
