CITY OF PARIS, TEXASt REpEALING ALL C3RLINANCES IN CONFLICT WITH THIS ORDINANCE
AND PROVILIPtG A PENALTY, AND THE DATE FJfiEN THIS ORDINANCE SAALL BECOME EFFECTIVE.
BE IT (7RDA32%7ID BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Sec~ti_on_ 1: It sha11 be unlawflil for any persons, firm, or corpora-
ticui hereafter to keep a hog, or hogs, with3n the corporate limits of the City
of Paris., Texas.
ect on 2: All prior Ord3.nances 3n conflict with this Ordinance are
hereby expressly repealed.
Section 3: Any persons who sha17. viola.te this Ordinanee shall be
deemed gui.lty o£ a misaemeanor and upon conviction theraf sha,ll be fined not
more than One Huncired Dollars ($100.00), and each day a person viole.tes this
Ord3nance shall be considered a separate offense.
